Mr.C.L.Bickal is the Chairman of The Bickal Group. An Ex-Police Officer, Mr.Bickal has a vast experience of Security & vigilance. He brings the essence of his knowledge and experience in security related matters to BSPL; ensuring ultimate standards of Security.
He is supported by a team of experienced officers from Defense forces thus taking care of all your Security requirements.

Gp Capt SK Sharma
(Director Ops & Admin)

Group Captain S.K.Sharma is the Director (Admin & Operations) with The Bickal Group. During his career with The IAF (Indian Air Force) he held various flying, administrative, diplomatic & civil appointments. He retired from IAF after holding appointment of Station Commander at an Air Force Station.
Group Capt Sharma has been deeply involved and connected with the security industry after retirement. We at Bickal Group are fortunate to have him guide us in our endeavors. We continue to benefit from his in-depth knowledge and expertise in all company operations.

Col N.K Malhotra
(Executive Director)

Retd. Col. Naresh Kumar Malhotra is our Executive Director. During his career with the Indian Army, he held the prestigious appointment of 'Joint Director' in The Ministry of Defense.
After retirement also he was passionate about the security industry & joined BSPL. The team of three veterans from The defense forces helps us achieve the highest standards of planning and management for BSPL.
